Our Mission Statement
We commit to go to all Nations to preach the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We commit to teach Covenant Marriage anywhere we go in any realm that the Lord provides for us to get out the message. We commit to all we work with to bring the love of Christ to their families and their marriages and always preach reconciliation. Our mission is to bridge the gap between ministries with like vision to enhance and build up and bring unity to the body of Christ.
CORE VALUES
- We must always point people to the Lordship of Jesus
We must deepen people's relationship with Jesus, not make them dependent upon us. We see people and situations through the eyes of faith. The Word of God is our guide.
- Strong Families that move in the Holy Spirit make strong churches.
After believers are born-again, there is a second, distinct experience in which the Holy Spirit empowers believers (Acts1:8).The power of the Holy Spirit changes the believer from within (Fruit of the Spirit) and flows out through the believer (Gifts of the Spirit)
- Marriage is a covenant
It reflects the covenant relationship between Jesus and the Church. Man and Wife agree to be faithful no matter what the other one does. It is unconditional. It is until death
- Marriage between a man and a woman is God's plan for family.
God intends for family to produce healthy sons and daughters in the image of their Heavenly Father.
- We are to bring the life of God's Word to all Nations
We are to bring the healing power of Christ to marriages and families of every Nation exampling transparency and the word of God
- Marriage does not take away identity it enhances it.
God brings out the best in us so when a marriage is challenged we can rise to the occasion to see healing and wholeness
- God sees families generationally
We should leave a legacy of Covenant and peace and a knowledge of God to the next generation
- We are a body
We are to network likeminded ministries and build the Kingdom of God
STATEMENT OF BELIEFS
- We believe in the Bible as the inspired, infallible Word of God (II Timothy 3:15, 16; Isaiah 55:11).
- We believe in one infinite, personal God whose divine being exists in three distinguishable persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Though these Three are coequal and coeternal, each is distinct, but with harmonious functions. This one true and living God is the creator of the heavens and the earth, and uniquely all mankind (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 1:3-14; Genesis 1:1; Colossians 1:16; Genesis 1:26-27; Acts 17:24-26).
- We believe in the virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His vicarious atoning death upon the cross, His physical resurrection and ascension and His second coming (Matthew 1:18-25; Romans 8:34; Acts 1:10; John 14:2,3; Acts 1:11; Hebrews 4:15).
- We believe in salvation by grace through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Romans 5:8, 9).
- We believe in water baptism by immersion preceded by an act of repentance (Luke 3:3; Acts 2:38; Matthew 28:19).
- We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial Biblical physical evidence of speaking in other tongues and prophecy (Acts 2:4; 10:44-48; 19:6) and the present day ministry of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (I Corinthians 1:4-8; 12-14; Romans 12:3-16; I Peter 64:10-11). In consideration of our brothers and sisters who may not have had the same initial experience, we acknowledge the continuing evidence of godly character as manifested in the fruit of the spirit (1 Corinthians 10:13; Galatians 5:22-23).
- We believe in the divine healing provided through the redemptive work of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross (Isaiah 53:4; Matthew 8:16, 17).
- We believe in the sanctifying and keeping power of the Holy Spirit who enables us to live a holy life (I Thessalonians 4:3; II Thessalonians 2:13; Hebrews 12:14; I Peter 1:3-5).
- We believe in the commitment of each member to a continuing faithfulness to the doctrines, fellowship, prayer, and financial support of this body (Acts 2:42-47; II Corinthians 9:6-8).

Founding Directors Joe and Stephanie DeMott
After years of physical abuse, adultery, and near divorce, Joe and Stephanie DeMott are healed and dedicated to empowering and mobilizing marriages around the world. While previously teamed with an international marriage organization for 29 years, they ministered to assemblies of thousands of couples as well as individual couples and small classes. In 2014, Joe and Stephanie launched Missionaries2Marriages.
The DeMott’s have trained hundreds of couples to minister to marriages in the USA and other nations. Their testimony brings hope and encouragement to any marriage, and they minister to couples through teaching, the prophetic, and their own transparency. Joe and Stephanie have shared their story on the 700 Club as well as TBN’s Praise the Lord show, and many other Christian television and radio programs. They are the authors of their testimony Booklet “Redemption” as well as a Marriage Course called “8 Keys to Breakthrough-Victory in your Marriage.
Joe and Stephanie have been married since 1975 and have four grown children and grandchildren. Joe is a retired 30 year veteran Detective of the Denver Police Department where he worked in the Homicide Unit for eleven years. The DeMott’s were called to marriage ministry in 1986 and have ministered in over 15 Nations in person.

Bob and Pam Heil
Married for over 20 years now, Bob and Pam had their challenges early on in their relationship, in fact they separated for over 6 months before their first-year anniversary. As a blended family, they faced challenges in their respective parenting styles as well as financial concerns, to the point that Bob became abusive both verbally and physically. With their marriage headed for divorce Bob returned to his Faith and trust that only God could heal the brokenness, and so began his quest to find a path to repairing what he had done. During that time Pam found herself convicted by her Faith and realized that only through forgiveness could she restore herself and eventually her marriage. Their local Church had an active marriage ministry using the same principles of M2M which they credit for providing a Biblical path of renewal, continuing to take the classes, eventually becoming leaders in the ministry and meeting and working with Joe and Stephanie DeMott, thus forging a deep friendship that continues today.
Bob and Pam jointly own a successful and rapidly growing consulting firm near Buffalo, NY, working long hours together out of their home office, with among their staff are 2 of their daughters, having at least one teenage grandchild living with them at any given time and have been foster parents for several years. That is a lot of “together family time” and they acknowledge that the lessons and techniques offered through M2M has allowed them to put into practice on a daily….sometimes hourly basis, and is the glue that keeps them together while sharing their testimony and experiences with family, friends and strangers alike.

Joseph and Rebecca DeMott
Joseph and Rebecca DeMott have been called to minister and equip people for the work of the ministry. Joseph is the Senior Pastor of Refiners Fire Ministries and Rebecca is the Worship Director. Joseph is also the Manager of Patient Access Management - ITDS for SCL Health care with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Rebecca graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical Engineering and has put her trade on hold to Home School their two children. Rebecca is also adjunct math faculty at Red Rocks Community College.

Jesse and Leslie DeMott
Jesse and Leslie DeMott have a heart for seeing people grow in Christ through one on one mentorship and served discipling young leaders through Cru in their college years and shortly after. They currently serve as the worship leaders for Missionaries2Marriages at our Breakthrou gh meetings and other ministry events as well as at the church they attend. Jesse and Leslie have been married 8 years, have one daughter and two boys and are hoping to continuing growing their family in the coming years. Jesse is a Software Engineer at Alarm.com. Leslie works part time from home as a Civil Engineer to raise their children. Leslie also works as an administrative assistant for Missionaries2Marriages as time allows.
Haziel and Mey Deras
Haziel and Mey Deras, a couple with a shared commitment to their faith, have been married for over 20 years. Originally from Mexico, they embarked on a journey that led them to serve in their local church in various capacities, a testament to their dedication and willingness to adapt to different communities. They connected with Joe and Stephanie around 2009 while serving in the marriage ministry. At the brink of breaking their marriage, God intervened in their lives. It was through the guidance
and support of Joe and Stephanie, among other people, that they found the path to repentance and restoration in the Lord. While other counselors endorsed their divorce, Joe and Stephanie counseled them to fight for it. They live in New York state, where Haziel is an Associate Pastor. Mey is a biblical counselor and Teacher. He and his wife, Mey, have served the Lord in different capacities. They both got ordained in Mexico in 2006, then Pastor Haziel was ordained by the Church of God in 2016,
and Mey in 2023. He and his family served as missionaries in the Dominican Republic from 2018 to 2019, working at a church in Miracielo, San Cristobal. They have shared their journey and insights as marriage speakers at conferences and have been facilitators in small groups. In some cases, they have taught the “8 Keys to
Breakthrough—Victory in Your Marriage”, demonstrating their expertise in faith-based marriage counseling. Haziel and Mey have an adult daughter.

Rev. Larry and Debbie Hrovat In a step of simple trust in the God who appeared and spoke to him, Larry began ministering to the nations of the world as the Lord directed his steps. Since 1976 Brother Hrovat has also had the privilege of serving with major worldwide impact ministries such as those led by Oral Roberts, Marilyn Hickey, Morris Cerullo, T.L. Lowery, James Horvath, Mike Evans and others. God honored His Word as an anointed vessel through which creative miracles and unusual signs and wonders have occurred. Larry and Debbie then founded Faith of the Nations. Over the years, Larry has been privileged to minister to every denomination... in some of the world's largest churches... and conducted Mass Evangelistic and Healing crusades in more than 60 nations of the world. Debbie has ministered in several nations and has a special place in her heart for Africa. Taking the pulpit she is a proven, compassionate, and often prophetic warrior and problem solver. She has shared some of her revelations, such as "God's Will...God's Way." , from the pulpit. People love her honesty and openness. |
